SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

SECTION 5 - ONLINE ADVERTISING, PIXELS & TRACKING We use third-party tracking tools to analyze user behavior and serve targeted advertisements.

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) & TikTok Pixel: We use these tracking technologies to understand how you interact with our website. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ads and serve you relevant content.

  • Data Usage: The data collected via these pixels is anonymous to us, but the data is stored and processed by Meta and TikTok in accordance with their own data usage policies.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of targeted advertising via your social media account settings.

  • Shipping Partners: We share your name, address, and phone number with logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS) in Saudi Arabia and the USA strictly for delivery purposes.

  • Payment Gateways: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Tabby). We do not store your full credit card details.

SECTION 7 - SMS/MOBILE MARKETING By consenting to Suckered's SMS marketing in the checkout, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS Suckered operates out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but works with fulfillment partners in the United States. By using our site, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of your country of residence (including the United States and Saudi Arabia).
