RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW: ALL SALES FINAL Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our releases ("drops"), all sales with Suckered are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).

Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and sizing guide, and understand that this transaction is non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective item or the wrong size/product was shipped to you, we will offer a replacement or refund.
How to Report an Issue:

We will review your claim and provide a return authorization if approved.
Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny claims if the item appears to have been worn or damaged by the user.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our fulfillment centers in Jeddah or the US. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications (such as address changes) once an order is submitted.
LOST PACKAGES & WRONG ADDRESSES Suckered is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to pay customs duties, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping or the loss of the item. We do not issue refunds for packages abandoned at customs.
